Founded in 2017, byPensa is a New York City cake studio with a focus on flavor and quality ingredients. Our studio is located in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn and is accessible by appointment only. We specialize in custom and contemporary, made to order cakes for modern celebrations. We believe in celebrating diversity. Meet Nikki

Nikki is a New York City trained chef, stylist, and community connector. She is the founder and head pastry chef at byPensa, a creative cake studio based in Brooklyn, NY. 

When not whipping up obscenely large batches of buttercream, you will find Nikki hosting a monthly cookbook club or making new friends over a glass of wine... or two. Just look for the girl with the pink hair.
