We specialize in custom and contemporary, made to order cakes for modern celebrations. We believe in celebrating diversity. Nikki Pensabene is a cake artist and food stylist behind byPensa, a Brooklyn studio celebrated for its innovative, clean designs and bold, personalized flavors. When she’s not crafting stunning cakes or styling shoots, she’s collecting cookbooks for inspiration and digging in her garden. Her passion for food, art, and storytelling makes every project with byPensa a unique and personal experience.
