About the In-Person Class!

This class is for the beginner cookier or for the person who is just curious about what cookie decorating is all about! If you have limited experiences with sugar cookies, found yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to win come Christmas time, this is the class for you! We will be doing a fun cozy winter theme set that tastes amazing and will look even better once you’ve completed your decorating! We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in - we just need YOU! This class is on Tuesday, December 17th, from 7-9 so we can have enough time to decorate and ask questions along the way. Come by yourself, bring your besties! Beer, wine, and NA beverages will be available to purchase during class for those 21+.

Whether you’re out with the family, your bestie, or your boo - we all deserve a little treat this Valentine’s Day. Pop by TALEA Cobble Hill for a Valentine’s Day Cookie Making Pop up hosted by Nikki Penasabe of byPensa Bakery. Nikki will provide all materials and guidance to decorate stunning Valentine’s Day sugar cookies to gift or to enjoy yourself. While you’re here enjoy our card-making station that will include everything you need to make Valentine’s Day cards for your loved ones.

The station will be open 11:00am-2:00pm, so swing by whenever! $10 Participant Fee Includes 2-3 cookies. Pre-purchase below or walk-in!

Prep your cake for Galentines Weekend with this creative and delicious GNO from TALEA Beer and byPensa. Nikki Pensabe of byPensa will lead you through a complete cake decor techniques class, including how to frost a cake smoothly, create inspired frosting decorations, and write with buttercream. We’ll take decor inspiration from the pinks, reds, and whites of the holiday and a dreamy Galentines aesthetic.
